Corvus Gold unit sells Chisna copper-gold project in Alaska to Millrock

said April 7 that whollyowned subsidiary Raven Gold AlaskaInc. has agreed with MillrockResources Inc. regarding the saleof Corvus' noncore Chisnacopper-gold project asset in Alaska.

Millrock willpay US$25,000, as well as grant Corvus a 1% net smelter royalty on precious metalsand 1% on base metals produced from the project.

"The Chisnasale will augment the royalty portfolio established by the company over the past12 months," said Jeff Pontius, CEO of Corvus.

The companyalso said the transaction will provide shareholders with additional exposure topotential future gold discoveries and potential production at no cost. It will alsoafford a funding stream for Corvus' ongoing high-grade North Bullfrog gold-silver discovery in Nevada.
