Growthpoint Properties Australia confirmed that it considered the sale of its 18.2% shareholding in APN Industria REIT.
In a news release, the Australia-listed property developer said no transaction is expected to take place at the moment. It added that it still sees the stake in APN Industria as a quality stand-alone investment with an attractive distribution yield.
