Central Virginia Electric Co-op seeks proposals for fixed load shape products

Central Virginia Electric Cooperative is seeking indicative bids for fixed load shape products for 2019 and 2020.

Specifically, the co-op, or CVEC, is seeking 7x24, 7x8, 5x16 and 2x16 block types at various sizes to be delivered either at AEPAPCo and AEP-Dayton Hub or Dominion Zone and PJM Western Hub.

The co-op may also accept a combination of alternatives from one or more suppliers. Prices should be based on close of business on Oct. 31, 2018.

The proposals are due at 5 p.m. ET on Nov. 1. Other information on the request for proposals can be obtained from the website operated by CVEC's power supply consultant, GDS Associates Inc.
