* U.K.-based Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC appointed nonexecutive director Jan Babiak a senior independent director, effective immediately.

Meanwhile, board member Tristan Hillgarth is expected to step down from the board at the company's 2020 annual general meeting.

Lincoln International

* Germany-based Lincoln International AG appointed Dirk Damegger a managing director.

Damegger will be responsible for driving growth for the company's consumer expertise and services in Germany. He previously provided mergers and acquisitions advisory at Raymond James.
