UniCredit
* UniCredit SpA named Cédric Derras head of corporate and investment banking for the Middle East and Africa, while the lender named Raphael Barisaac and Emmanuel De Rességuier global co-heads of cash management.
The appointments are effective immediately.
Derras joined UniCredit in 2015 and became its global head of cash management in 2017. He will report directly to Alfredo De Falco, the lender's head of corporate and investment banking, Italy, and as deputy head of corporate and investment banking, in his new role.
De Rességuier and Barisaac and will report to Luca Corsini, the lender's head of global transaction banking. Barisaac will continue serving as global co-head of trade and working capital solutions in tandem with his new appointment.
De Rességuier joins from Fennech Financial, which he founded.
Bank DOM.RF
* Russian Deputy Finance Minister Alexei Moiseev joined JSC Bank DOM.RF's board of directors. The appointment is expected to help implement tasks set for the bank by Russia's government and president, such as becoming one of the country's key mortgage lenders.
