GPAT Compañía Financiera raises 500M Argentine pesos in bonds

GPAT Compañía Financiera SA raised 500 million Argentine pesos in a securities offering of its negotiable bond series XXX, according to an Oct. 3 securities filing.

The bonds, which were divided into classes A and B, will be issued Oct. 5.

The 12-month class A bonds received subscriptions for some 303.9 million pesos, GPAT said.

Meanwhile, the company raised 191.1 million pesos with the 36-month class B securities.

As of Oct. 3, US$1 was worth 17.43 Argentine pesos.
