InvenTrust Properties pays $123M for 2 retail assets

InvenTrust Properties Corp. bought the Eldorado Marketplace in Frisco, Texas, and the Travilah Square shopping center in Rockville, Md., for a combined $123.0 million.

The 186,068-square-foot Eldorado Marketplace, which is anchored by Market Street, sold for about $71 million. Its tenant base includes AT&T, Jersey Mike's, Re/Max, PetSmart and UPS.

The 56,220-square-foot Travilah Square went for about $52 million. The property is anchored by Trader Joe's and features Title Boxing, Flower Child, Tropical Smoothie, The Joint.
