National Grid buys interconnection assets from Entergy

Narragansett ElectricCo., doing business as National Grid, acquired interconnection assetsassociated with the Rhode IslandState Energy Center for $444,268, according to a March 31 notice toFERC.

The assets were acquired from Entergy Rhode Island State Energy LP, an subsidiary.

Applicants filed for FERC approval in December 2015 which wasgranted earlier in February.
