Arkansas-based J.B. Hunt Transport Services Inc. said its subsidiary J.B. Hunt Transport Inc. acquired RDI Last Mile Co. on Dec. 31, 2019.

J.B. Hunt did not disclose the financial terms of the deal, which the company funded using its existing revolving credit facility.

RDI is a home delivery service that operates in the northeast region of the U.S. The company, which focuses mainly on furniture deliveries, generates $35 million in annual revenue.

J.B. Hunt is a trucking and transportation company that operates in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
