Clara City,Minn.-based Citizens AllianceBank said on its website that the wholly owned affiliate Lincoln,Mont.-based First Bank ofLincoln merged into it effective with the close of business April22.

Theacquisition makes Lincoln the 10th office of Citizens Alliance Bank and thesecond branch in Montana.

CitizensAlliance Bank is a wholly owned subsidiary of Forstrom Bancorp. Inc.
