MedEquities acquires behavioral facilities from AAC Holdings

MedEquities Realty Trust Inc. closed the acquisition of four behavioral health and substance abuse treatment facilities from units of AAC Holdings Inc. for an aggregate cash purchase price of $25 million.

The company leased these facilities to certain units of AAC pursuant to a 15-year triple-net lease at an initial lease rate of 8.75% with annual escalators.
