Hollard Insurance Co. Ltd. named Saks Ntombela group CEO.

Ntombela, who joined Hollard Insurance five years ago as head of its life and investments segment, will formally assume his new role Oct. 1. He will replace Nic Kohler, who announced in January that he will step down as CEO, the Johannesburg-based firm said Aug. 1.

Kohler will join parent company Yellowwoods to assist in managing its growing global insurance interests, according to Hollard Insurance.
