Value Convergence CEO steps down

Tin Ka Pak resigned as CEO and chairman of Value Convergence Holdings Ltd.'s executive committee, effective Jan. 1.

Tin will remain an executive director and a member of the executive committee, the Hong Kong-based company said Dec. 31, 2018. He resigned to devote more time to his personal commitments.

The company appointed Fu Yiu Man chairman of the executive committee. Fu is chairman of the company and an executive director.
