Cumulus Media gets approval to relist on Nasdaq

Cumulus Media Inc. on July 27 said it received a notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market approving the relisting of its Class A common stock on the Nasdaq Global Market.

The company expects its Class A common stock to start trading on Aug. 1 at the market open, under the symbol "CMLS."

In June, Cumulus Media completed its financial restructuring and emerged from Chapter 11 after reducing its debt by more than $1 billion. The company was delisted in November 2017.
