Lincoln Property JV pays $86M for Nashville, Tenn., office portfolio

A joint venture between Lincoln Property Co. and Angelo Gordon bought a two-building office portfolio totaling 460,740 square feet in Nashville, Tenn., for $85.5 million, Commercial Property Executive reported, citing public records.

Gaedeke Group sold the portfolio, which includes the 282,101-square-foot Highland Ridge Tower and the 178,639-square-foot Highland Ridge III property, according to the report.
