Philadelphia-based UnitedBancshares Inc. is unable to file its Form 10-K for the year ended Dec.31, 2015, in a timely manner because it is still in the process of completing itsfinancial statements.

United Bancshares indicated in the notification of late filingthat the subject annual report will be filed on or before the 15th calendar dayfollowing the prescribed due date.

The company does not anticipate that any significant change inresults of operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year willbe reflected by the earnings statement to be included in the annual report.
