ASX reinstates Bod Australia to official quotation

Natural medicines distributor Bod Australia Ltd said Dec. 8 that it has been reinstated to official quotation on the Australian Stock Exchange after the bourse determined that the company's medicinal cannabis activities do not constitute a change to the nature or scale of its activities.

The lifting of the suspension came three days after the ASX approved the company's request for voluntary trading suspension while awaiting the exchange's decision on its application of chapter 11 of the ASX listing rules to its proposed medicinal cannabis activities.

In the same week, Bod was granted a medicinal cannabis import license, allowing it to store and supply medicinal cannabis products and establish medical cannabis operations in Australia.
