NGL Energy Partners LP appointed Derek Reiners to the board of directors of its general partner, NGL Energy Holdings LLC, effective immediately.

Reiners previously served as the senior vice president of midstream service provider Oneok Inc. and senior vice president of finance, CFO and chief accounting officer of Oneok Partners LP, according to a Dec. 10 news release. He replaces James Kneale, who will retire from the board, effective Dec. 31.

NGL Energy Partners owns and operates four main businesses focused on crude oil logistics, water solutions, NGL logistics and refined products and renewables.
