Groupe Laurent-Perrier fiscal H1 profit climbs YOY

Laurent-Perrier S.A. said its normalized net income for the fiscal first half ended Sept. 30 was €1.83 per share, a gain from €1.78 per share in the prior-year period.

Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was €10.8 million, an increase from €10.5 million in the prior-year period.

Total revenue grew 7.6% year over year to €101.6 million from €94.4 million, and total operating expenses climbed 9.5% year over year to €81.4 million from €74.3 million.

Reported net income increased 5.2% from the prior-year period to €11.3 million, or €1.92 per share, from €10.8 million, or €1.83 per share.
