Griffin Premium RE completed Dec. 22 a roughly €160 million deal with Echo Polska Properties (Cyprus) PLC and Echo Polska Properties N.V. for the purchase of three office complexes in Poland.
The company's IB 14 FUNDUSZ INWESTYCYJNY ZAMKNIETY AKTYWÓW NIEPUBLICZNYCH investment vehicle purchased 100% of the shares in three subsidiaries of the sellers that hold the legal rights to the assets to close the purchase agreement.
The deal involved the A4 Business Park in Katowice, the Tryton Business House in Gdansk and the West Gate Lotnicza 12 in Wroclaw, according to a release.
Griffin Premium signed an agreement to borrow €165 million from Globalworth Finance Guernsey Ltd. to fund the acquisition.
