Premiums for health insurance plans offered on Wisconsin's Affordable Care Act exchange will rise an average 36% in 2018, the Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Insurance said in a news release.

Wisconsin Insurance Commissioner Ted Nickel said the state will also explore options available under the ACA Section 1332 Waiver for State Innovation.

The 2018 ACA open enrollment runs from Nov. 1 through Dec. 15.
