Anthony Renzi has been appointed CEO of Common Securitization Solutions, LLC, a joint venture established by government-sponsored enterprises Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, effective Dec. 2.

Renzi will replace David Applegate, who will resignation by year-end.

Renzi previously was president and COO for Fort Washington, Pa.-based GMAC Mortgage and GMAC ResCap.
