Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. has formed an institutional fixed-income services team, a nationwide sales team based in New York.

Behzad Mansouri, managing director and institutional sales manager of the government agency and municipal entity business, will lead the team. This joint venture between the institutional fixed-income division and the private client division will begin with a focus on middle-market institutions.
