's consumerdirector for India, SriniGopalan, has resigned from his position to join as a board memberfor Europe, The Economic Times(India) reported July 7.
Gopalanwill assume his new position Oct. 1, replacing Claudia Nemat, who will be headingthe German telco's new Technology and Innovation Board starting next year.
DeutscheTelekom CEO Timotheus Hoettges said the appointment is part of the company'smove to strengthen their technology and IT operations, according to the report.
