Linden Capital-backed Advarra acquires Quorum Review

Linden Capital Partners LP portfolio company Advarra acquired Quorum Review Inc., including Quorum's research and technology consulting division, Kinetiq, for an undisclosed amount.

With the acquisition, Advarra, which provides institutional review board, institutional biosafety committee, and research quality and compliance consulting services to North American clients, now serves more than 3,000 research institutions, hospital systems and academic medical centers.

The combined entity serves the pharmaceutical industry, biotechnology firms, device manufacturers, academic centers, health systems and institutions.

Quorum's Seattle office is expected to support mutual Advarra customers on the West Coast and existing Advarra locations in Columbia, Md.; Cincinnati; Research Triangle Park, N.C.; Malvern, Pa.; and Aurora, Ontario.
