CĪON Investment unit increases credit facility to $350M

CĪON Investment Corp. special purpose financing subsidiary Flatiron Funding II LLC increased total available borrowings under its credit facility to $350 million from $325 million.

The company also extended the facility's reinvestment period to March 29, 2021, and the maturity date to March 30, 2022.

Citibank NA was the administrative agent and U.S. Bank NA was the collateral agent, custodian and collateral administrator for the facility.
