Ridgeland, Miss.-based registered investment adviser HORNE Wealth Advisors LLC will join Focus Financial Partners Inc. partner firm Buckingham Strategic Wealth.

The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter.

At closing, Stan Purvis and the HORNE Wealth team will join Buckingham.
