Don Gibson, chairman of Springfield, Mo.-based ,will be retiring as a director of the company and unit , after reaching the mandatoryretirement age of 72 years, according to a March 30 news release.

Gibson, who has served as a director since February 2002 andchairman since March 2005, will retire at the annual stockholders meeting onMay 25. Gibson started his tenure at the company in January 2002 as presidentand CEO.
