S&P Global Ratings withdrew the BB- long-term and B short-term issuer credit ratings of JSCB for Investment and Development of Vietnam, or BIDV, at the bank's request.

At the time of the withdrawal, the outlook on the bank's long-term rating was stable, the rating agency said May 24.
