E. Barnes Abbott, the CEO of Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP's investment management arm, Nutter Investment Advisors, is retiring from his position, the Boston Business Journal reported.

Richard Sipley will replace Abbott as CEO, according to the news outlet.

Sipley was most recently chief investment officer at Massachusetts-based Wellesley Bancorp Inc. unit Wellesley Investment Partners LLC.
