Freddie Macwill issue a three-year USD Reference Notes security due July 19, 2019.

The issue will be priced July 19 and will settle July 20 at benchmarksize. Freddie Mac will apply to have the issue listed on the Euro MTF market ofthe Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

A syndicate of dealers headed by Deutsche Bank, Nomura SecuritiesCo. Ltd. and TD Securities will offer the security for Freddie Mac.
