IMS Health completes merger with Quintiles Transnational

IMS HealthHoldings Inc. has completed its merger with Quintiles Transnational Holdings Inc.

The combined company was renamed Quintiles IMS Holdings Inc.Each issued and outstanding common share of IMS Health was automaticallyconverted into 0.3840 of a share of Quintiles IMS common stock.

Quintiles IMS will trade on the New York Stock Exchangeunder the symbol Q. IMS Health filed anotification of removal from listing on the NYSE to suspend trading of itscommon shares.

Ari Bousbib, John Danhakl, James Fasano, Karen Katen, SharadMansukani, Ronald Rittenmeyer, Todd Sisitsky and Bryan Taylor resigned asdirectors of IMS Health in connection with the closing of the merger.
