Kinsale Capital Group makes $27.7M loan prepayment

Kinsale Capital Group Inc. on Dec. 8 made a voluntary prepayment of $27.7 million, the total amount outstanding under an amended loan and security agreement.

The credit agreement includes Kinsale Management Inc. and Aspera Insurance Services Inc., as loan guarantors; and PrivateBank and Trust Co., as lender.

As a result of the prepayment, the credit agreement was terminated before its scheduled termination on December 2020.
