Well Health Technologies Corp. has completed an acquisition of NerdEMR Services Ltd. and Butterfly Medical Ltd. for a total price of C$2.6 million.

Vancouver, British Columbia-based Well Health paid the shareholders of NerdEMR Services and Butterfly Medical about C$1.3 million in cash and issued 1,275,000 common shares. Well Health will pay the remaining C$637,500 in quarterly installments over three years.

NerdEMR is a North Vancouver, British Columbia-based provider of open source electronic medical records software, which provides services to about 220 clinics. Butterfly similarly owns certain intellectual property related to medical records services.

Well Health Technologies owns and operates primary healthcare facilities in Canada.
