Getin Noble Bank SA's management board president, Krzysztof Rosinski, will resign Jan. 9, 2017, for personal reasons.
He will be replaced by management board Deputy President Artur Klimczak, who will serve as acting president until his appointment is approved by the Polish FSA, the lender said Dec. 15.
Rosinski will become management board deputy president and will advise the new acting president during his first few months on the job. Rosinski will also continue to participate in strategic projects pursued by the group of entities owned by Polish businessman Leszek Czarnecki, the bank's controlling shareholder.
