Central Timmins Exploration Corp. closed its IPO of 15 million common shares at 10 Canadian cents per share for total proceeds of C$1.5 million.
The company said Oct. 16 that its common shares were listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and will start trading under the symbol CTEC the same day.
The Canadian junior explorer is focused on property in northern Ontario's Porcupine mining district that is prospective for gold and base metals, according to a news release.
