Hilton to manage dual-branded hotel in Vietnam owned by BRG Group

Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. inked an agreement with BRG Group's Victory Hotel Joint Stock Co. to manage a 610-room, dual-branded hotel in Vietnam.

One portion of the development will feature the Hilton Hanoi West Lake, which comprises 240 rooms and suites, and 50 serviced residences. The other part of the dual-branded hotel project is made up of the DoubleTree by Hilton Hanoi West Lake, which has 320 rooms and suites, the company said.

Both hotels are expected to open in 2020 and are on Hanoi's West Lake, at the edge of the city's central business district.

The development marks Hilton's third project with BRG Group in Hanoi. BRG Group also owns Hilton Hanoi Opera and Hilton Garden Inn Hanoi.

Following this latest agreement, Hilton will now have six hotels in its pipeline across Vietnam, including hotels in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang.
