European, Asian real estate moves through Oct. 4

S&P Global MarketIntelligence presents a weekly rundown of recent significant management andboard changes and personnel moves in the European and Asia-Pacific real estateindustries. The moves are listed by sector and by announcement date in reverse chronologicalorder. The North America Hires and Fires column will be published Thursday.

Europe

*Aedifica SA ChairmanOlivier Lippens resigned with effect from Sept. 26 due to"differences of opinion on the corporate governance."

Thecompany named Serge Wibaut as Lippens' replacement. He became a director in2015 and chairman of audit committee in 2016. Adeline Simont will succeedWibaut as audit committee chairman.

*Assura Plc Finance DirectorJonathan Murphy interim CEO and property director Andrew Darke to the board.Graham Roberts hadstepped down as chief executive in June.

SimonLaffin, who has been executive chairman since March, will revert to hisnonexecutive role.

*Kimberly EnterprisesNV saidthat Ayelet Naim-Levanon stepped down as a director of the company, effectiveSept. 29.

*DIC Asset AGsaid that itexpanded its management team by creating two new positions as part of itsgrowth strategy. Achim Gräfen will become the managing director of DIC FundBalance GmbH, a DIC Asset subsidiary. He will share the managing director rolewith Ralph Andermann, who assumed the newly created position in April.

AndreZahlten was named DIC Asset's head of corporate communications and marketing.The appointments are effective from Oct. 1.

Also,Rutger Kaeding will succeed Markus Schürmann as head of corporate finance.Judith Kederer will replace Birgit Rüdiger as head of human resources in thebeginning of October.

*CA Immobilien AnlagenAG appointed Hans Volkert Volckens to serve as , effective Sept. 27. Volckenssucceeded Florian Nowotny, whose resignation will become effective Sept. 30.

Asia-Pacific

*Frasers HospitalityTrust said that Lim Ee Seng resigned as anonexecutive director, effective Oct. 1. The company also Catherine Yeo to replace PiyaTreruangrachada as the company secretary for Frasers Hospitality Trust'smanagers, effective the same day.

Treruangrachadawill assume the position of head of finance and administration ofFrasers CentrepointLtd.'s international business division.

FrasersCentrepoint separately said that Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi's assumed the groupCEO role, effective Oct. 1.

*Frasers CentrepointTrust announced that Chia Khong Shoong ceased to be anonexecutive director of the company, effective Oct. 1.

*Ascendas Real Estate InvestmentTrust said that Teo Eng Cheong retired from his role as nonexecutive director ofAscendas Funds Management(S) Ltd., the REIT's manager, effective Sept. 30.

*Country Garden Holdings Co.Ltd. appointed Leung Chong Shun to replace Huen Po Wah ascompany secretary, effective Oct. 1. Huen stepped down from the role due toreaching the retirement age.

*Aspen Group said thatJoel Cann became its new CEO, effective Sept. 29. He succeeded Clem Salwin, whostepped down following a failed merger with Aspen Parks Property Fund.

Thecompany also appointed Mark Licciardo and Belinda Cleminson ofMertons Corporate Services Pty Ltd as joint company secretaries, effective asof Sept. 30. Licciardo and Cleminsonsucceeded Men (Mandy) Chiang.
