Inmobiliaria Colonial SA closed a private placement of 42,847,300 new shares at €7.89 apiece, raising roughly €416.2 million in proceeds.
The company said it expects the new shares to be listed on the Barcelona Stock Exchange and Madrid Stock Exchange Dec. 1, with trading set to start Dec. 4.
