PRA Health Sciences Inc. priced an underwritten public secondary offering of 10 million common shares.

The offering is being made by certain PRA Health Sciences stockholders, including an affiliate of, or a fund sponsored by, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co.

The offering is expected to close Aug. 14, subject to customary closing conditions.

Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo Securities are acting as underwriters for the offering.
