Gecina full-year 2017 recurrent net income rises 4.6% YOY

Gecina reported a 4.6% increase in full-year 2017 recurrent net income, which totaled €363.5 million, or €5.44 per share, compared to €347.4 million, or €5.37 per share, in 2016.

The S&P Capital IQ consensus normalized EPS estimate was €5.08.

Consolidated net income jumped 133.0% to €1.90 billion, compared to €813.5 million in 2016.

Gross rental income rose 3.5% year over year to €558.9 million, compared to €540.0 million in 2016, and EBITDA climbed 3.8% to €453.5 million from €437.0 million.

The dividend for 2017 was increased to €5.30 per share from €5.06 per share in the previous year.
