CytoDyn Inc. has appointed Nitya Ray as the company's chief technology officer — head of process science, manufacturing and supply chain.

He was most recently executive vice president, head of product development, manufacturing and supply chain of Actinium Pharmaceuticals Inc. In addition, he was a senior vice president of Progenics Pharmaceuticals Inc.

Vancouver, Wash.-based CytoDyn is a biotechnology company developing treatments for HIV.
