Lebanon, Ohio-based LCNB Corp. director Valerie Krueckeberg is resigning from the company's board and the board of its unit, LCNB National Bank, effective Oct. 21.

Director Craig Johnson is slated to replace Krueckeberg as chair of the audit committee.
