AmTrustFinancial Services Inc.'s board on April 1 approved the dismissalof BDO USA LLP as the company's independent registered public accounting firmand the appointment of KPMG LLP as the company's new accounting firm.

According to a Form 8-K filed April 4, BDO USA's dismissalwill be effective as of the date of its completion of audit services for the quarterended March 31 and the filing of the company's first-quarter Form 10-Q.

KPMG will serve as the company's accounting firm beginningwith the second quarter and for the year ending Dec. 31.
