ConsolidatedTin Mines Ltd.'s board has decided to appoint voluntaryadministrators after failing to secure funding for working capital.
Blair Pleash and Kathleen Vouris, both of Hall Chadwick, havebeen appointed as administrators, according to the July 19 statement.
The company is still waiting on the loan secured in lateFebruary, access to which is conditional on completing the acquisition of theAustralian assets of Snow PeakMining Pty. Ltd.
The Snow Peak deal is subject to Australian ForeignInvestment Review Board approval, which Consolidated Tin Mines is seeking afterinitial approval lapsed in late January.
