HouseFreedom Co. Ltd. said its third-quarter normalized net income was ¥9.93 per share, an increase from ¥2.74 per share in the year-earlier period.

Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was ¥40.6 million, an increase from ¥11.3 million in the prior-year period.

The normalized profit margin climbed to 2.6% from 0.9% in the year-earlier period.

Total revenue grew 23.8% year over year to ¥1.54 billion from ¥1.25 billion, and total operating expenses climbed 20.3% on an annual basis to ¥1.47 billion from ¥1.22 billion.

Reported net income increased on an annual basis to ¥35.0 million, or ¥8.56 per share, from ¥9.0 million, or ¥2.19 per share.
