At Home Group Inc. launched a proposed underwritten secondary public offering of 6 million shares of its common stock, the company said Dec. 4.
The Texas-based home decor retailer said the selling shareholders, including certain affiliates of AEA Investors LP and Starr Investment Holdings LLC, have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to 900,000 additional shares.
BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Jefferies are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering, while Barclays, Guggenheim Securities and Morgan Stanley are acting as additional joint book-running managers. William Blair and KeyBanc Capital Markets are the co-managers for the offering.
