Private equity group Dubin Clark & Co. Inc. divested the Niles, Illinois-based linen rental products and services provider BBJ Rentals Inc. to a private non-institutional investment firm.

The deal, terms of which were not disclosed, was finalized May 29, according to a release.

JEGI served as exclusive financial adviser to BBJ.
