Eau Claire, Wis.-based Citizens Community Bancorp vice chair resigns

Timothy Nettesheim has resigned as vice chair of Citizens Community Bancorp Inc. on Oct. 1.

Nettesheim is also resigning as director of the Eau Claire, Wis.-based bank on Jan. 1, 2018, to focus on his professional and other business endeavors. Nettesheim is an attorney with Husch Blackwell LLP, according to a regulatory filing.

The board of Citizens Community Bancorp increased its size to eight members from seven and elected Francis Felber as director, effective immediately. Felber, who has over 40 years' experience in the agricultural industry, was the founder of Ag Risk Managers Insurance Agency LLC, which specializes in the risk management of crops and livestock.
