Manhattan Corp. Ltd. estimated maiden mineral resources for three deposits at its flagship Ponton project in Western Australia totaling inferred resources of 21.5 million tonnes at 137 parts per million to 151 ppm uranium for 6.97 million pounds of uranium.

At a 100-ppm uranium cutoff, the Stallion uranium deposit contains 3.3 million pounds of uranium, the Highway uranium deposit contains 1.9 million pounds of uranium and the Shelf uranium deposit contains 1.8 million pounds of uranium.

The inferred resource for the Double 8 uranium deposit of 17.2 million pounds of uranium oxide, at a 200-ppm cutoff, remained unchanged, according to a Jan. 23 release.
